Shipping policy

We ship from our warehouse in the EU. Please read our shipping policy in its entirety before checking out.

When we ship

We will ship your order as soon as we can. We normally ship out within three business days following your order, but sometimes this is not possible. If there are unexpected delays we will always try to let you know.

Once your order has been shipped you will receive a tracking number from us. Please contact us if this has not happened.

We really appreciate your understanding & support regarding the limitations we have as a small, family-run business.

Where we ship

We ship to most countries and the pricing is subsidized by us. If you are unable to check out due to your country not being listed/supported, please reach out to us and we will see what we can do.

Taxes & duties

Due to shipping from the EU, naturally VAT will be added at checkout automatically for EU customers.

Outside of the EU, the charges will be borne by the buyer & are your responsibility. Please check all laws and regulations that may apply to you as you will be responsible for the import charges which may include VAT, Handling fees & Duties depending on your location & the applicable import laws.

Since Brexit, customs will be charged for our UK customers. Please be mindful of that fact. If you have any questions regarding an approximation of the total duties etc. that will be charged, please email us and we will answer you to the best of our abilities.

Overseas shipping

Overseas (outside the EU) deliveries take approximately 3-5 working days. We cannot be responsible for any delays to deliveries caused by customs and customers are solely responsible for any taxes and/or duties payable upon entry to your country of residence.

Please bare in mind that we ship from the EU and as such anyone outside of the EU is likely to be flagged by customs. EU addresses have VAT added at checkout.

Cost of shipping

Shipping prices are subject to change and COVID 19 related delays. We are currently reporting good shipping times for most destinations but as always we do not control or direct our government nor our logistics partner.

For cost of shipping to your country just add items to your basket and the amount will be automatically calculated depending on shipping address.
