Our classic Playtime in Robusto Leaf feature an almost marbled mid-brown leather that's hand waxed while remaining aesthetically rugged.

Having released the Robosto Leaf leather on our Type 01 Desert Boots, we knew we had to add the Playtime Robusto Leaf to our collection as quickly as possible.

Out of box - it was love at first sight. But the more the boots were worn out and about, the more they impressed us.

Scuffs and regular wear and tear will only add to the appeal of this resilient leather, looking better with age over time. Scroll down to see photos of a pair of Robusto Leaf Playtime chukkas that's been worn for some time.

Sizing Notice: Runs a little small. Our Robusto Leaf Playtime chukkas are the same size as our suede Playtime chukkas, except this type of leather will not stretch as much as our suede Playtime chukka boots.

If you typically have to stretch out your suede Hutton Playtimes, or they feel a bit snug, size up, especially as these are more wintery/intended for cooler weather, meant to be worn with heavier socks.

Again, as usual - if in doubt please size up.

Hutton Playtime Size Guide & Chart

Because everyone's feet are completely unique in terms of shape and size, charts and sizing guides are often imperfect.

That being said, we have done our best to make sure we have the most accurate information about sizing by using data collected from sizing surveys sent out to our customers.

The general rule of thumb when it comes to Hutton's sizing guide: prioritize your EU size if you know it, and use your Typical UK Size and/or Typical US Men's Size as secondary factors to help you determine your size.

If you are in doubt, please size up.

For instance, if you're considering getting a size 41 and think it may be a touch too small, as sometimes you grab a size 41 and they fit too snugly for your comfort, err on the side of caution and grab a size up (a 42 in this example) instead.

*Please be aware that the Hutton Playtime model fits just a little more snug than our Type 01 Desert Boots. If you are in doubt, please remember to size up.
